Where we deliver

Easeify delivers all over Lebanon. We do not ship outside Lebanon at the moment.

Delivery cost

Delivery is $5 per order, anywhere in Lebanon. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within about 5–7 business days of being confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, bad weather or other events outside our control.

How delivery works

After you place your order, we confirm it and hand it to our delivery partner. The courier will call or message you on the phone number you gave at checkout to arrange delivery. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the package.

Payment on delivery

You can pay in cash when your order is delivered (cash on delivery) or pay with Whish.

Problems with a delivery

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, or if the package arrives damaged, contact us at hello@geteaseify.com or +961 71 910 133 with your order number and we will sort it out.
