This website, geteaseify.com, is operated by Easeify, based in Lebanon ("Easeify", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before placing an order.

Our store

Easeify sells products for the home, kitchen, personal wellness, travel and everyday convenience. We deliver within Lebanon only.

Orders

When you place an order, we will confirm it by phone, message or email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if a price was shown incorrectly, or if we cannot verify the delivery details. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We can change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. You can pay in cash on delivery or with Whish.

Delivery

Delivery costs and times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Products and accuracy

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours and sizes can look slightly different on different screens. If anything on the site is inaccurate or out of date, we may correct it without notice. Please use products according to the instructions that come with them.

Your account and information

You agree to give us accurate, complete and current contact and delivery details so we can fulfil your order.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site for anything unlawful, to harm others, to send spam or malicious code, or to copy or reuse our content without permission.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites (for example social media or payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Easeify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
